My work operates at the intersection of strategic communications, intercultural navigation, and leadership development, ensuring that narrative serves as a catalyst for self-actualization and equality.
I am also the co-founder of The Delta Project, where I apply my expertise in systems design to create mentorship pipelines and opportunities for young people navigating the juvenile justice system—turning innovative thinking into tangible restorative justice.
